For a while I had an English friend who hosted me at her house in the countryside in Norfolk, not very far from the royal residence of Sandringham. It was a small cottage but truly delightful. Since it was Autumn I was able to wander around the countryside with the pad and the special colours that I use to make drawings. I loved the warm colours I saw and the atmospheres I wasn’t used to. Woods and isolated houses, some small villages where I also stopped to have a quick snack. I remember loving their yellow orange cheese, I think it was called Cheddar. I made many drawings, rather notes as I usually do and so they have this unfinished flavour that I love and I hope you do too.
